School Policies

  • Missed Classes: There are no make-up classes at this time.

  • Absences: It is not necessary to report a student’s absence. However, anticipated absences of several classes should be reported to the Front Desk Receptionist.

  • Class Times: Classes begin and end on time. However, please allow a two or three minute grace time in between classes.

  • Level Placement: Level assignments are based on age and proficiency.  Systematic progression through each level should not be the expectation.

  • Class Level Adjustments: Students will be placed in classes based on their registration selections. However, it may be necessary to reassign a student to a different class of a more appropriate level.

  • Cancellations: The school reserves the right to cancel any class with an enrollment of less than five students. In the event of class cancellation, we will contact you with a second option, or a full or pro-rated refund will be given.

Registration

  • Enrollment is open throughout the semester. However, enrolling before the first class of the semester is more conducive to students’ learning.

  • The Children and Teens: This program is designed for students 4–18 years old.  We do not hold auditions. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class size is limited.

  • Parent/Toddler: This program is designed for students 18 months - 3 years old.  We do not hold auditions. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Class size is limited.

  • Wait List: When class capacity is reached you will be unable to register.  You may choose another class or be asked to be added to the wait list.  There is no charge to be added to the wait list. If and when a space opens up you will be contacted via phone or email, and full payment will be expected upon enrollment.

  • Age Restrictions: A child must reach the age requirement on or before September 30.
